Terms and conditions of motor boat rental
SKIPPER PRESENCE: Renting the boat is only possible with the presence of our qualified Skipper. The Skipper will be responsible for the guidance and safety of the boat and will make arrangements with you for the time and place of embarkation.
Prepayment: A prepayment is required to confirm the charter. This helps to ensure the availability of the boat for the date desired and covers initial expenses related to expected fuel consumption for the selected itinerary.
Claims and Special Requests: Any specific claims or requests should be communicated prior to embarkation. This allows us to ensure that your experience at sea is as pleasant and personalized as possible.
Itinerary Variability: The itinerary may be modified depending on weather conditions. The safety of the crew and boat is our priority, and any decision will be made with this in mind.
Duration of Charter: Our offer charter for day trips only. It is not possible to stay overnight on board the boat.
